A portable shelter, consists of a frame having opposed rectangular faces, four peripheral edges, a first end and a second end. The frame is enclosed to define an interior storage compartment. In the shelter mode, the frame rests on one of the opposed rectangular faces, thereby providing a platform. Support posts are inserted into receptacles in the platform. Side panels are secured to and supported by the support posts. A roof cover overlies the side panels. In the transport mode, the frame is positioned on one of the four peripheral edges. The wheels are positioned underlying the peripheral edge toward a first end. The tow bar is secured to the frame at a second end. The support posts, the side panels and the roof cover are stored within the interior storage compartment of the frame.
