The invention relates to shaped bodies containing organic-inorganic hybrid material in addition to gold and/or silver particles, to a method for the production thereof and to the use of the same as catalysts. The shaped-body catalysts are characterized by a longer service life than the original powder catalysts, in addition to a high selectivity and productivity. The inventive shaped-body catalysts also enable pressure losses to be kept to a negligible level in technically sophisticated reactors, for example fixed-bed reactors.
L'invention concerne des corps moulés contenant un matériau hybride organique-inorganique, tel que des particules d'or et/ou d'argent. L'invention concerne également un procédé permettant de le produire et son utilisation comme catalyseur. Comparativement aux catalyseurs pulvérulents originels, les catalyseurs sous forme de corps moulés présentent des temps d'utilisation plus importants avec des sélectivités et des productivités élevées. Ces catalyseurs sous forme de corps moulés permettent en outre d'avoir de très faibles déperditions de pression dans des réacteurs techniquement appropriés, tels que des réacteurs à lit fixe.
