A photovoltaic panel (4) has an external casing (10), which is delimited by at least one wall (12) permeable to light and defines a liquid-tight chamber (15) communicating with the outside world through an inlet passage and an outlet passage; the liquid-tight chamber (15) houses a polydimethylsilicone liquid, which circulates in the liquid-tight chamber (15) itself through the inlet and outlet passages and in which at least one photovoltaic cell (16) is immersed at least partially, electrically connected with the outside of the photovoltaic panel (4).

Selon l'invention, un panneau photovoltaïque (4) comprend un boîtier externe (10), qui est délimité par au moins une paroi (12) perméable à la lumière, et délimite lui-même un compartiment étanche aux liquides (15) communiquant avec l'environnement extérieur par un circuit d'entrée et un circuit de sortie.
