ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A module cover of an air bag system for a driver has a horn switch actuating portion. The portion is made of a soft material capable of being deformed to sink to the back. The portion is disposed in a surface side of the module cover. A space for mounting a horn switch is formed at the back of the horn switch actuating portion.
