A stuffed bear that has zippers or Velcro openings in the legs, arms, chest and head. The openings in the arms and the legs reveal removable bones. The opening in the chest cavity reveals a removable rib cage and internal organs. The opening in the head reveals a removable brain. The internal organs, bones, and brain are labeled to aid in teaching children body parts. The bear can be used in a hospital or teaching setting, or play at home. The bear also has a removable cast that can be placed on either the arms or legs of the bear. The cast is made out of a smooth material that can be written on with an erasable marker - so children can write names or messages on the cast. A hospital gown for the bear and a doctors kit with Velcro Band-Aids and general doctors items are included with the invention.
