Provided is a solid electrolyte having a reduced amount of non-crosslinked monomers, capable of being cured rapidly to have good film-forming ability, and having high electroconductivity. The solid electrolyte i.s obtained by crosslinking a composition that consists essentially of a polymer compound, a solvent and an electrolytic salt through exposure to active radiation and/or under heat, in which the polymer compound has a structure of formula (II): Image R1 and R2 each represent a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, m and n each represent 0 or an integer of 1 or more, and m + n >= 35 in one polymer chain.
