41PR-6790 CIRCUIT BREAKER CONTACTS CONDITION AND ALARM INDICATORS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The condition of contacts within a circuit breaker is exter- nally ascertained by means of an auxiliary switch-contact posi- tion accessory and alarm indicator accessory. The auxiliary switch-contact position accessory, operating off the circuit breaker crossbar assembly, includes a mechanism indicating the open and closed conditions of the contacts. The alarm indicator accessory provides external indication when the circuit breaker exceeds a predetermined current level.
