Therapeutically programmed cells and methods for making such cells are provided. Therapeutically programmed cells are stem cells which have been matured such that they represent either a more differentiated state or a less differentiated state after contact with stimulatory factors. The therapeutically reprogrammed cells are suitable for cellular regenerative therapy and have the potential to differentiate into more committed cell lineages. Additionally, hybrid stem cells suitable for therapeutic reprogramming and cellular regenerative therapy are provided.

L'invention concerne des cellules programmées par voie thérapeutique et des procédés de production desdites cellules. Les cellules programmées par voie thérapeutique sont des cellules souches qui ont été portées à maturation de façon à représenter un état plus différencié ou un état moins différencié après mise en contact avec des facteurs de stimulation. Lesdites cellules programmées par voie thérapeutique sont destinées à être utilisées en thérapie régénérative cellulaire et présentent un potentiel de différenciation en lignées cellulaires plus engagées. L'invention concerne en outre des cellules souches hybrides pour la reprogrammation thérapeutique et la thérapie régénérative cellulaire.
