The present invention relates to a composition including combination of a chitosan film, containing 20% water (by weight), and a chitosan hydrogel, chitosan derivative, or chitosan complex, containing at least 80% water (by weight). The present invention also relates to a composition including combination of a textile substrate; a chitosan film, containing less than 20% water (by weight); and a chitosan hydrogel, chitosan derivative, or chitosan complex, containing 80% water (by weight), such that the hydrogel is only present on one of the two surfaces of the textile substrate. Said compositions are particularly used in the development of prostheses with a view to surgical, cosmetic, or aesthetic implants. The present invention also relates to methods for obtaining said compositions.
La présente invention concerne une composition comprenant l'association d'un film à base de chitosane, comprenant moins de 20% d'eau (en masse), et d'un hydrogel à base de chitosane, d'un dérivé de chitosane ou d'un complexe de chitosane, comprenant au moins 80% d'eau (en masse). La présente invention concerne également une composition comprenant l'association d'un support textile; d'un film à base de chitosane, comprenant moins de 20% d'eau (en masse) et d'un hydrogel à base de chitosane, d'un dérivé de chitosane ou d'un complexe de chitosane, comprenant au moins 80% d'eau (en masse), tel que l'hydrogel ne soit présent que sur l'une des deux faces du support textile. Lesdites compositions ont des applications notamment dans l'élaboration de prothèses en vue d'une implantation chirurgicale ou cosméto-esthétique. La présente invention concerne également des procédés d'obtention desdites compositions.
