Efficient, improved output systems and methods for producing polymeric film are described. Such systems include a feed assembly (16) for positively and substantially constantly feeding polymeric raw material to a grooved feed extruder (10). The system also includes suitable apparatus for forming the molten polymer output from the extruder (10) into film. The raw material may consist of 100 % palletized polymer, 100 % polymer fluff, or any combination of the two. If necessary, a blending apparatus (46) is included to blend the pellets and fluff prior to feeding the raw material to the extruder (10).
L'invention porte sur des systèmes et procédés de production de films de polymères à rendement amélioré. De tels systèmes comportent une alimentation (16) fournissant sous pression et pratiquement en continu des polymères bruts à une extrudeuse (10) à alimentation par vis sans film; ils comportent en outre un appareil transformant en film le matériau sortant de l'extrudeuse (10). Le matériau de départ peut comporter 100 % de polymères en pastille, 100 % de polymères recyclés hachés, ou leurs combinaisons. On prévoit si nécessaire l'adjonction d'un mélangeur (46) mélangeant les pastilles et les déchets recyclés avant qu'ils n'alimentent l'extrudeuse (10).
