Natural source formulations (a) comprising one, two, three or four tinctures and/or diluted extracts selected from Hamamelis Virginiana, Arnica Montana, Hypericum Perforatum, Centella asiatica, Calendula officinalis, Boswellia serata and Bellis Perennis. The natural source components are in a penetrating base, preferably a vegetable oil\gel penetration enhancing base. The natural source formulations are highly effective in treating or relieving pain, itching and inflammation of the skin. In addition to the natural source components of the formulation a local anesthetic such as benzocaine or lidocaine is specified in order to provide quick, temporary relief of symptoms as the natural source components of the invention require approximately 10 - 15 minutes to penetrate and become effective.
