A method, a system, and a computer device that enables real-time, intelligent quality of service (QoS) for essential services being accessed and/or utilized by a back-office device via a secondary connection to a back-office server running the back-office application/service. A network management device (NMD) executes a QoS utility that responds to a detection of the failure of a primary connection to the back-office server by establishing a secondary connection and providing optimal QoS for the essential services on the secondary connection, in real time.

La présente invention concerne un procédé, un système, et un dispositif informatique permettant une qualité de service intelligente en temps réel pour des services essentiels accédés et/ou utilisés par un dispositif d'arrière-guichet via une connexion secondaire vers un serveur d'arrière- guichet exécutant l'application/le service d'arrière- guichet. Un dispositif de gestion de réseau exécute une fonctionnalité de qualité de service qui réagit à une détection de défaillance de la connexion primaire vers le server d'arrière- guichet en établissant une connexion secondaire et en fournissant une qualité de service optimale pour les services essentiels sur la connexion secondaire en temps réel.
