The invention relates to a set of elements for the osteo-integrated dental implantology comprising at least a depth implant (1a; 2a; 2b) and/or symmetrical extension implant (1a; 2a; 2B) and/or asymmetrical extension implant (1a; 2a; 2b), providing a prosthetic junction neck having an isosceles triangular fixed joint with a single and unique junction position, a prosthetic stump pin (3) of said implant, provided at the bottom with a pin having a fixed joint corresponding to the one of the neck (2) of said implant, a cannulated prosthetic stump (4) of said implant, provided at the bottom with a fixed joint (4) corresponding to the one of the neck (2) of said implant, a cannulated prosthetic connector, compensating the not parallel (5) of said implant, provided at the bottom of a fixed joint (5') corresponding to the one of the neck (2) of said implant, copying assembly (6) from the implant within the oral cavity to the implant analogous with the laboratory, having fixed conditioned joints in a single and unique forced position identical to the one of the implant, and introduction key (8) provided with coupling means (8') to tighten the above implant (1a; 2) into the maxillary bone, an implant analogous (7) for the laboratory providing a prosthetic junction having an isosceles triangular single and unique forced fixed joint junction position identical to the one of the implant (1; 2).
L'invention concerne un ensemble d'éléments d'implantologie dentaire à intégration osseuse, comprenant au moins un implant de profondeur (1a, 2a, 2b) et/ou un implant d'extension symétrique (1a, 2a, 2b) présentant un étranglement de jointure prothétique ayant une jonction triangulaire isocèle fixe avec une seule et unique position de jonction, une cheville (3) prothétique dudit implant, pourvue inférieurement d'une cheville possédant une jonction correspondant à celle de l'étranglement (2) dudit implant, un moignon prothétique cannelé (4) dudit implant pourvu inférieurement d'une jonction (4) correspondant à celle de l'étranglement (2) dudit implant, un connecteur prothétique cannelé de compensation du parallélisme (5) dudit implant, pourvu inférieurement d'une jonction (5') correspondant à celle de l'étranglement (2) dudit implant, un ensemble de transfert (6) de l'implant dans la cavité buccale à l'implant analogue du laboratoire, ayant des jonctions fixes conditionnées dans une seule et unique position forcée identique à celle de l'implant, et une clé d'insertion (8) pourvue d'éléments d'accouplement (8') destinés au serrage dudit implant (1a, 2) dans l'os maxillaire, un implant analogue (7) pour le laboratoire assurant une jonction prothétique ayant un élément de jonction fixe triangulaire isocèle à une seule position obligée identique à celle de l'implant (1, 2).
