Pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of disorders, in particular for the treatment of mammary tumors of a non-human mammal, which is associated with an aberrant activity of one or more tyrosine kinase receptors. The composition contains, as the active ingredient, one or more substances that inhibit the aberrant activity of the tyrosine kinase receptor(s) of said animal, in particular the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) and/or HER2. The pharmaceutical composition is particularly useful for the treatment of dogs.
Cette invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques pour le traitement, chez des mammifères non humains, de pathologies, et notamment de tumeurs de la glande mammaire associées à une activité aberrante d'un ou de plusieurs récepteurs de la tyrosine kinase. Ces compositions renferment comme principe actif une ou plusieurs substances qui inhibent l'activité aberrante du ou des récepteurs de la tyrosine kinase chez l'animal, en particulier du récepteur de croissance épidermique (EGFR) et/ ou de HER2. Cette composition pharmaceutique convient particulièrement bien pour le traitement des chiens.
