A regulator of Calcineurin is provided, which is based on a splice variant of the catalytic subunit of Calcineurin. Preferably the catalytic subunit is the .beta.-form, .gamma.-form and/or .alpha.-form of this subunit. The invention comprises the regulator and a substance, which influences the stimulating activity of the regulator, as active agents for the treatment of diseases, which are preferably connected with a disturbance of Calcineurin activity.

Cette invention concerne un régulateur de la calcineurine dérivé d'un variante d'épissage de la sous-unité catalytique de la calcineurine. Cette sous-unité catalytique se présente de préférence sous sa forme .beta., .gamma. et/ou .alpha.. L'invention concerne le régulateur et une substance influant sur l'activité de stimulation du régulateur, qui agissent activement dans le traitement de maladies de préférence en rapport avec une perturbation de l'activité de la calcineurine.
