The present invention refers to an independent multi-purpose portable exercising device for exercising all muscle groups of the body, comprising two identical exterior tubes that revolve in relation to one another with resistance which can be adjusted through the central core, which core together with other attachments enters into their adjacent ends, while they revolve by the means of bearings, freely around the main shaft, which shaft has handles on its ends and other intervening attachments for attaching the adjustable elastic band, for various exercises with, or without it. The present invention has as its primary purpose the provision of a handy, inexpensive, independent portable exercising device of small size and weight, for exercising all muscle groups of the body, in various positions such as lying down, seated, standing, even while in motion, utilizing various techniques and in combination with massaging, or for massaging only of all parts of the body.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'exercice polyvalent, portatif et autonome, conçu pour faire travailler tous les groupes de muscles du corps, comportant deux tubes extérieurs identiques qui tournent l'un par rapport à l'autre, dont la résistance peut être ajustée au moyen du noyau central, lequel, conjointement avec les autres attaches, pénètre dans les extrémités adjacentes desdits tubes, alors que ces derniers tournent, grâce à leurs paliers, librement autour de leur arbre principal. Ledit arbre possède des poignées à ses extrémités et d'autres attaches permettant la fixation de la bande élastique réglable, pour divers exercices avec ou sans celle-ci. Le dispositif de l'invention constitue un dispositif d'exercice portatif indépendant, maniable, peu coûteux, de petite taille et de faible poids, permettant de faire travailler tous les groupes de muscles du corps, dans différentes positions, à savoir couché, assis, debout et même en mouvement, selon diverses techniques, et conjointement avec des massage, ou seulement pour le massage de toutes les parties du corps.
