A bottle handle includes a body having a first end and a second end. A hand hold is provided for gripping the body. The first end of the body is adapted to engage a neck of a bottle. A resilient coil is positioned at the second end of the body which is adapted to curl around a main body of a bottle. The resilient coil is a simple and relatively low cost manner of engaging the bottle.
