Disclosed is a transdermally ab-sorbable composition which can retain a .beta.-blocker stably for a long period. More specifically disclosed is a transdermaly absorbable composition for stabiliz-ing a .beta.-blocker, which comprises the .beta.-blocker, a polymeric compound having an amino group, a poly-carboxylic acid ester, a fatty acid ester and an acrylic polymeric compound.
