An graft which is con- figured to conform to the morphology of the vessel to be treated and which is made from an inflatable structure having a proxi- mal end with a proximal inflatable cuff and a distal end with a distal inflatable cuff. At least one elongated inflatable channel is disposed between and in fluid commu- nication with fluid tight chambers of the inflatable cuffs which may contain rupture discs therebetween which can be config- ured to rupture at different pressures. A thin flexible barrier disposed between the inflatable cuffs and the elongated inflat- able channel of the frame so as to form a tubular structure defining a longitudinal channel to confine a flow of blood or other fluid therethrough. The graft may also have an expansion member attached to the proximal end of the graft which is prefer- ably made of linked expandable rings of pseudoelastic shape memory alloy which is self-expanding and prevents axial dis- placement of the graft once it is deployed.
L'invention concerne un greffon endovasculaire configuré de manière à se conformer à la morphologie du vaisseau à traiter. Ce greffon est formé d'une structure gonflable présentant une extrémité proximale qui comprend un manchon gonflable proximal et une extrémité distale qui comprend un manchon gonflable distal. Au moins un canal gonflable allongé est disposé entre les chambres étanches aux fluides des manchons, en communication fluidique avec ces dernières. Des disques de rupture peuvent être installés entre les chambres et le canal, ces disques pouvant être configurés pour se rompre à différentes pressions. Une barrière mince et flexible est disposée entre les manchons gonflables et le canal gonflable allongé de l'ossature et constitue une structure tubulaire formant un canal longitudinal entourant un flux de sang ou d'un autre fluide. Le greffon peut en outre comprendre un élément d'expansion fixé sur l'extrémité proximale du greffon. Cet élément d'expansion se présente de préférence sous forme d'anneaux expansibles reliés les uns aux autres et fabriqués dans un alliage à mémoire de forme à expansion automatique, et empêche le déplacement axial du greffon une fois déployé.
