ABSTRACT. A disposable feminine undergarment is disclosed for absorbing menstrual fluids. The undergarment comprises a support sheet made of disposable impervious material having its crotch portion lined with an absorbent means adapted to absorb discharged menstrual fluids. The undergarment is provided with a back-body portion and a front-body portion which are spaced apart from each other by the body of the wearer when the garment is worn; when the undergarment is secured to the body of the wearer, these portions are linked to each other by strand members.
