ABSTRACT In a device for positioning assembly parts the device either raises the parts container vertically or tilts it to allow access to the parts as they are used up. In this invention the parts container is tilted and then raised vertically. This causes the parts to slide twords the assembler as it tilts and then as the parts are used up the container is raised so that the last part is easily accessible at comfortable reaching hight. The container is tilted and raised hydraulically and the hydraulic pump driven by an electric motor either A.C. or D.C. or the pump may be manually powered. In the case of electrically powered units push button controls will allow finger tip control of the tilt angle and the hight of the container by the operator.
