The present invention relates to a combination of a substrate with topical adhesives for attachment to the skin. In particular the present invention relates to a combination of a substrate with a topical adhesive which can be employed for attachment to the skin of articles such as protective articles, clothing, prosthesis, heat wraps, pads, and/or packs, cold wraps, protective face masks, ornamental articles or eye wear, or also functional articles such as cosmetic or pharmaceutical delivery articles that provide a substance to the skin. The combination provides secure attachment and is pleasing to the skin upon application, yet causes no discomfort upon removal. This is achieved by selecting the chemical composition and rheological characteristics of the topical adhesives and the physical characteristics of the substrate on which the topical adhesive is applied.
La présente invention concerne une combinaison d'un substrat et d'un adhésif topique destiné à être fixée sur la peau, en particulier une combinaison qu'on peut utiliser pour fixer sur la peau des articles, tels que des articles protecteurs, des vêtements, des prothèses, des bandages, coussinets chauds et/ou des articles d'enveloppement chauds, des articles d'enveloppement froids, des masques faciaux protecteurs, des articles ornementaux ou des articles de lunetterie; mais aussi, des articles fonctionnels, tels que des cosmétiques ou des articles d'administration de produits pharmaceutiques qui apportent une substance à la peau. La combinaison assure une adhérence solide, est agréable pour la peau à l'application et ne cause pas de gêne au moment de son retrait. On obtient ces résultats en sélectionnant la composition chimique et les caractéristiques rhéologiques des adhésifs topiques, ainsi que les caractéristiques physiques du substrat sur lequel l'adhésif topique est appliqué.
