A mechanical automatic fluid consumption limiting apparatus for limiting flow through a primary flow line includes an actuating line, a control line, a rotary meter, a control assembly, an actuating valve, a diaphragm valve on the primary line, an eductor and an engagement controller. The actuating valve is rotated to an actuating position effecting closure of the diaphragm valve responsive to a predetermined quantity of flow through the rotary meter and mechanical response of the control assembly. An eductor diaphragm is positioned within the eductor and is connected to the engagement controller. The apparatus is configured to reset to its initial position and allowing resumption of flow through the primary line.

L'invention porte sur un appareil mécanique, automatique, limitant la consommation de fluide. Cet appareil permet de limiter l'écoulement dans un conduit primaire comprenant un conduit de commande, un conduit de régulation, un compteur à pistons rotatifs, un ensemble de commande, une vanne de commande, un robinet à membrane ménagé sur le conduit primaire, un éjecteur et un contrôleur d'accouplement. Le robinet de commande tourne par rapport à une position de commande effectuant la fermeture du robinet à membrane réagissant à une quantité prédéterminée de flux par l'intermédiaire du compteur à pistons rotatifs et à une réponse mécanique de l'ensemble de commande. La membrane de l'éjecteur est positionnée à l'intérieur de celui-ci et raccordée au contrôleur d'accouplement. L'appareil est configuré pour revenir à sa position initiale et permettre la reprise de l'écoulement dans le conduit primaire.
