The present invention relates to new indole compounds derived from piperazine, to methods for their preparation and to therapeutical utilizations. The compounds have formula (I), wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom, a branched or linear alkyl radical or a phenyl, benzyl, cycloalkyl, polycycloalkyl, dibenzocycloalkyl, dibenzooxepine, dibenzoazepine, dibenzothiepine, benzopyrrolocycloalkyl, benzothienocycloalkyl, naphthyl radical, optionally substituted by one or a plurality of substituents selected amongst halogen atoms and alkyl, aryl, acyl, alkoxy and alkylthio radicals. Z is C = O, SO2 or (CH2)n wherein n is comprised between 1 and 5. The other radicals R comprise particularly a hydrogen atom.
La présente invention se rapporte à de nouveaux composés indoliques dérivés de pipérazine à des procédés pour leur préparation et à leurs utilisations thérapeutiques. Les composés répondent à la formule (I) Image dans laquelle Rl représente un atome d'hydrogène, un radical alkyle ramifié ou linéaire ou un radical phényle, benzyle, cycloalkyle, polycycloalkyle, dibenzocycloalkyle, dibenzooxépine, dibenzoazépine, dibenzotheépine, benzopyrrolocycloalkyle, benzothiénocycloalkyle, naphtyle, éventuellement substitués par un ou plusieurs substituants choisis parmi les atomes d'halogène et les radicaux alkyle, aryle, acyle, alcoxy et alkylthio. Z représente C=O, S02, ou (CH2)n dans lequel n est compris entre 1 et 5. Dans la formule (I),les autres radicaux R comportent notamment un atome d'hydrogène.
