Carriers for delivering medicinal, nutritional, plant-protecting or cosmetic active principles are disclosed. One of the essential aims is to provide biocompatible, biodegradable, non-immunogenic, stable, solvent-free active principle delivery particles with a controllably and adjustably small particle size for protecting the active principles without denaturing same as well as releasing said active principles. Therefore, microparticles with a cohesive structure made of a composite, physically and chemically stable and integral gel are provided which include an oil (I), e.g. coconut oil, an aqueous phase (II) and a non-cross-linked linear copolyaminoacid such as (statistical or diblock) Leu/Glu. The size of said delivery particles is controllable and adjustable between 0.05 and 500 µ. Said carriers are useful for delivering drugs, nutrients and plant-protecting or cosmetic substances.

La présente invention concerne des vecteurs de transport de Principes Actifs (PA) médicamenteux, nutritionnels, phytosanitaires ou cosmétiques. L'un des objectifs essentiels de l'invention est de fournir des particules de vectorisation (PV) de PA de faible granulométrie contrôlable et ajustable, protectrices du PA, biocompatibles, biodégradables, non-immunogènes, stables, exemptes de solvant, non dénaturantes pour le PA et permettant la libération de ce dernier. Cet objectif est atteint grâce à l'invention qui concerne des microparticules de structure cohésive faites de gel composite, physico-chimiquement stable et intègre et comprenant de l'huile (I) - e.g. huile de coco -, une phase aqueuse (II) et un copolyaminoacide linéaire non réticulé de type Leu/Glu (statistique ou dibloc). Ces PV ont une taille contrôlable et ajustable entre 0,05 et 500 µ. Application: vectorisation de médicaments, de nutriments et de produits phytosanitaires ou cosmétiques.
