A pressurized water reservoir tank made of plastics has an upper cap and a tank embodiment that are connected together. The bottom of a flexible diaphram is fixed to the bottom periphery of an upper cap by a locking ring having a flange which is firmly engaged with the periphery at the connection of the upper cap and the tank embodiment by melting through abrasion a plastic wedged section and getting it cooled so that the diaphram can be firmly retained in place. The upper cap has a port to which is connected a T - shaped tube on of which is a water charging sectoin and the other is water discharging section. At the bottom of the tank embodiment is disposed an air inlet through which pressurized air can be led into the tank so that the pressure of an air chamber under the diaphram can force water in a water chamber to flow out via the water discharging section of the T - shaped tube.
