The present invention comprises a system and method for accessing data from various sources, interpreting that data, and downloading the data into specifically designed arrays to receive that data based upon its structure and composition, as well as its source. Heterogeneous data is converted into a homogeneous form. The homogeneous data are stored in a main database. The data, once stored, is then processed to identify keywords for a searchable index. The searchable index structure is a precompiled random access memory database generated from the keywords from the main database. The main database and the precompiled database can be updated periodically, for the removal of obsolete or time sensitive data and the addition of new data.
