A fuel container (10) for a spirit stove, including a can-shaped lower part (11), a cover (12), a net and a spacer for maintaining a space between the cover and the net. The cover has an inner edge which defines an opening (15). The opening receives an upwardly extending portion (18) of the net (17). The net extends below the cover and is held in position in the fuel container. The spacer (20, 21) is arranged between the net and the cover. An absorbing mass (14) is disposed within the fuel container for absorbing liquid fuel. The upwardly extending portion (18) of the net (17) has an area which is less than an area of the opening (15), therebycreating a passage (23) between the inner edge of the cover and the upwardly extending portion (18) of the net through which fuel may flow into the container.
La présente invention a pour objet un réservoir à combustible (10) pour poêle à alcool dont la partie inférieure est en forme de boîte métallique (11), avec couvercle (12), filtre à tamis et dispositif pour maintenir l'écartement approprié entre le couvercle et le filtre à tamis. Le couvercle comporte un rebord intérieur définissant une ouverture (15). L'ouverture reçoit une partie (18) du filtre à tamis (17) en saillie verticale. Le filtre à tamis, qui se prolonge sous le couvercle, est maintenu en position à l'intérieur du réservoir à combustible. Le dispositif d'écartement (20 et 21) est disposé entre le filtre à tamis et le couvercle. Une masse absorbante (14) est disposée à l'intérieur du réservoir à combustible aux fins d'absorption du combustible liquide. La partie en saillie verticale (18) du filtre à tamis (17) possède une superficie inférieure à celle de l'ouverture (15), ce qui a pour effet de créer un passage (23) entre le rebord intérieur du couvercle et la partie en saillie verticale (18) du filtre à tamis à travers lequel le combustible doit circuler pour pénétrer dans le réservoir.
