The invention relates to a bone-anchoring element (1) comprising A) a cylindrical or conical shaft (3) which can be implanted in a bone and has a central axis (2), an upper end (10) and a lower end (11); and B) a spherical connecting element (6) which is mounted at the upper end (10) concentrically to the central axis (2) and can be introduced into a corresponding hollow space of an implant; where C) the connecting element (6) can be elastically compressed or expanded radially to the central axis (2) and in this way can removably snap into the hollow chamber of the implant and be housed therein in a pivoting manner; and D) the connecting element (6) comprises means (12) for the expansion of said element (6) so that it can be blocked in relation to the hollow space after insertion into same. The invention also relates to a bone- fixing device comprising two bone-anchoring elements (1) which A) comprise at least one plate (21; 22) which has a central axis (30), an upper cover surface (16) and a lower cover surface (18) as well as a thickness X and is provided with means (19) for receiving the connecting elements (6) of the two bone- anchoring elements (1); and B) means (24) for fixing the bone-anchoring elements (1) in the at least one plate (21; 22), where C) the two bone- anchoring elements (1) can be displaced in the direction of the central axis (30).
L'invention concerne un élément d'ancrage osseux (1) comprenant (A) une tige cylindrique ou conique (3) que l'on implante dans l'os et qui possède une extrémité inférieure (11) ; et (B) un raccord sphérique (6) appliqué sur l'extrémité supérieure (10) de façon concentrique à l'axe central (2). Ce raccord (6) peut être inséré dans la cavité correspondante d'un implant. C) Le raccord (6) étant radialement compressible ou expansible de façon élastique par rapport à l'axe central (2), il est enclipsable de façon amovible dans la cavité de l'implant, dans laquelle il peut être logé de façon rotative. D) Le raccord (6) présente des moyens (12) permettant son expansion de telle façon qu'il soit bloqué dans cette cavité une fois inséré dans cette cavité. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de fixation osseuse comprenant deux éléments d'ancrage osseux (1) qui présentent A) au moins une plaque (21 ; 22) d'une épaisseur X, qui est dotée d'un axe central (30), d'une surface de revêtement supérieure (16) et d'une surface de revêtement inférieure (18) et qui est pourvue de moyens (19) destinés à recevoir les raccords (6) des deux éléments d'ancrage osseux (1) ; et B) de moyens (24) permettant la fixation des éléments d'ancrage osseux (1) dans la ou les plaque(s) (21 ; 22), C) les deux éléments d'ancrage osseux (1) pouvant être déplacés dans le sens de l'axe central (30).
