ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Apparatus for harnessing and utilizing, inter alia, cyclic forces generated at a location eccentric from the axis of rotation of a rolling wheel. In one embodiment a pump is attached to a valve stem for delivering pressurized air in duct generated by a piston reciprocating in a cylinder while mechanically connected by rod to an intensifier piston that reciprocates in a cylinder against an air cushion under control by valve. The connection between the piston and the intensifier piston is a lever according to a further embodiment. In another embodiment, bellows are connected to cushion reciprocating movement of air pumping cylinder. In yet a further embodiment, a piston is guided by a linear bearing for reciprocating movement of piston rods to pressurize air in cylinders. In a still furter embodiment, the intensifier piston takes the form of an elongated piston having piston members at opposite ends that reciprocates in a cylinder to deliver pressurized air through reed valves and which is delivered to the vavle stem of a pneumatic tire.
