Thienotriazolodiazepine compounds of the formula (1) (see formula I) wherein each symbol is as defined in the specification, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof or hydrates thereof, and pharmaceutical agents containing this compound, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a hydrate thereof. A pharmaceutical agent containing the inventive compound is useful as a therapeutic agent, a preventive drug or a recurrence preventive drug for inflammatory bowel diseases caused by cell adhesion, such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. In addition, the inventive compound can be used for the prophylaxis and treatment of venous insufficiency and venous ulcer or maintained remission of the both. Moreover, inasmuch as the low toxicity of the inventive compound has been established by experiments using animals, the compound is useful as a highly safe pharmaceutical product.
Composés de thiénotriazolodiazépine représentés par la formule générale (1), leurs sels ou hydrates pharmaceutiquement acceptables, et médicaments contenant lesdits composés. Dans la formule (1), X représente halogéno; R<1> représente alkyle C1-4; R<2> représente alkyle C1-4; a est un entier compris entre 1 et 4; et R<3> représente alkyle C1-4, hydroxyalkyle C1-4, alcoxy C1-4, phényle éventuellement substitué ou hétéroaryle éventuellement substitué. Les médicaments contenant les composés mentionnés ci-dessus sont utilisés comme remèdes, produits à usage préventif ou rétro-inhibiteurs pour des affections intestinales inflammatoires dans lesquelles intervient l'adhérence cellulaire, par ex. colites ulcéreuses et la maladie de Crohn. En outre, ces composés peuvent être utilisés pour la prévention et le traitement d'insuffisances veineuses ou d'ulcère variqueux ou encore pour aider à réduire les symptômes de ces maladies. Ces composés qui se sont avérés faiblement toxiques lors d'expérimentations animales, peuvent être utilisés comme médicaments sans danger.
