There is disclosed a catheter assembly comprising a catheter and a receptacle. The receptacle has an elongate pocket, for accommodating at least an insertable end of said catheter, a urine collection bag, having a width extension wider than a greatest width of said elongate pocket, and at least two tab areas on at least one tab are arranged at the periphery of the urine collection bag on opposite sides of said bag. Further, in a storage state, said elongate pocket is folded over said urine collection bag, and lateral parts of said urine collection bag extending outside said elongate pocket are folded towards each other over said elongate pocket, said lateral parts being dimensioned to overlap each other in the folded disposition, and wherein said tab areas are arranged on said lateral parts and are attached to each other, in at least one point of attachment, to releasably maintain said catheter assembly in a folded disposition during storage.

La présente invention concerne un ensemble cathéter comportant un cathéter et un réceptacle. Le réceptacle comporte une poche de forme allongée, pour recevoir au moins une extrémité dudit cathéter apte à être introduite, un sac de recueil d'urine, ayant une extension de largeur supérieure à la plus grande largeur de ladite poche de forme allongée, et au moins deux zones de languette sur au moins une languette sont disposées à la périphérie du sac de recueil d'urine sur les faces opposées dudit sac. En outre, dans état de rangement, ladite poche de forme allongée est repliée sur ledit sac de recueil d'urine, et les parties latérales dudit sac de recueil d'urine se prolongeant à l'extérieur de ladite poche de forme allongée sont repliées l'une vers l'autre sur ladite poche de forme allongée, lesdites parties latérales étant dimensionnées pour se recouvrir mutuellement à l'état replié, et lesdites zones de languette étant disposées sur les parties latérales et étant mutuellement assemblées, en au moins un point d'attache, pour le maintien amovible dudit ensemble cathéter dans un état repliés lors du rangement.
