The invention relates to a method and system in control of coating mix. According to the method, the amount of at least one coating mix component and/or the ratios of two or more components are measured by means of a measuring device arranged in conjunction with the coating mix. The measurement is taken from finished coating mix and/or coating mix to be recycled for use in the manufacture of mew coating mix, and that on the basis of the measurement result the ratios and/or amount of the components fed into the coating mix to be manufactured and/or recycled are controlled. The system according to the present invention comprises means for controlling the coating mix in accordance with the method.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système destinés à la préparation d'une sauce de couchage. Ce procédé consiste à mesurer la teneur d'au moins un constituant d'une solution de couchage et/ou les rapports de deux ou plusieurs constituants à l'aide d'un dispositif de mesure disposé conjointement à la sauce de couchage.
