The present invention provides an improved cementing inflation packer tool and methods of using the tool. The tool is comprised of a tubular housing having a packer inflating port disposed therein and a packer inflating port opening sleeve slidably disposed within the housing. The opening sleeve is movable between a closed position and an open position by a first cementing plug. An external packer sleeve having a pressurized fluid inflatable packer element attached thereto and a cementing port therein is sealingly disposed over the outer surface of the housing and the packer inflating port. The external packer sleeve provides a passageway from the packer inflating port to the inflatable packer element and check valve means are disposed in the passageway. A fluid rupturable member having a predetermined rupture pressure is sealingly attached over the cementing port.
La présente invention porte sur un outil amélioré pour packer gonflable de cimentation de puits et sur des méthodes d'utilisation de l'outil. L'outil est constitué d'un boîtier tubulaire comportant un orifice de gonflage du packer et un manchon d'ouverture de l'orifice de gonflage du packer placé à l'intérieur du boîtier de manière à pouvoir coulisser. Le manchon d'ouverture peut être déplacé entre une position fermée et une position ouverte au moyen d'un premier bouchon de cimentation. Un manchon extérieur de packer auquel est fixé un élément de packer gonflable à fluide sous pression et comportant un orifice de cimentation est placé de façon étanche par-dessus la surface extérieure du boîtier et l'orifice de gonflage du packer. Le manchon extérieur de packer forme un passage, entre l'orifice de gonflage du packer et l'élément de packer gonflable, dans lequel sont placés des clapets de retenue. Un élément que peut rompre le fluide et qui a une pression de rupture prédéterminée est fixé de façon étanche sur l'orifice de cimentation.
