The sub-rack contains at least two central cross-tracks (16,20) placed back to back and disposed on its front or rear side (25). A contact strip (1) is placed on the inner side (26) of one of the two central cross-tracks (16) opposite the front or rear side (25) of the sub-rack. Said strip has extended, elongated projecting contact studs (2) which reach into the gap (19) between the two central cross-tracks (16,20) which are arranged back to back.
