A pop-up coupon dispenser for sheets which have a repositionable adhe-sive and a flexible cable tie. The dis-penser includes a box (32) filled with sheets (38) having an adhesive stripe along one margin and stacked in accor-dion fashion (36). The box (32) may be attached to a wire rack (60) or to a gro-cery shelf (67) by use of a cable tie (44). The box (32) may also be provided with a shelf clip (102). Customers can remove a coupon sheet (38) one-at-a-time and af-fix them by their adhesive backing to the product for which a coupon (38) is re-deemable.
