The invention relates to a system for identifying and authenticating accessories, auxiliary agents and/or operating substance for technical apparatus (10), whereby the accessories, auxiliary agents or operating substance or the containers containing them are fitted with a data storage section (18) on which information is stored which is visible to the human eye and has distinctive qualities to the human observer. The technical apparatus (10) has a reading and evaluation device (20) for the information which comprises a comparing device (43) for comparing the information that has been read with a stored information, and a release control (46) for at least one functional component (48) of the technical apparatus (10). When the information read conforms with the stored information an authentication signal or release signal is transmitted from the release control (46) to the functional component (48) which then allows for the technical apparatus (10) to be used. If the information read does not conform with the stored information it blocks the use of the technical apparatus (10) and emits a warning signal.
L'invention concerne un système pour identifier et authentifier des accessoires, des agents auxiliaires et/ou des matières consommables pour des appareils techniques (10), système dans lequel les accessoires, les agents auxiliaires ou les matières consommables ou encore les récipients les contenant sont munis d'une section de stockage de données (18) sur laquelle sont mémorisées des informations visibles à l'oeil nu et présentant des caractéristiques distinctives pour l'observateur humain. L'appareil technique (10) comporte un dispositif de lecture et d'évaluation (20) de ces informations, lequel comprend un système de comparaison (43) pour comparer les informations lues avec des informations mémorisées, et une commande de déblocage (46) destinée à au moins un composant fonctionnel (48) dudit appareil technique (10). Lorsque les informations lues coïncident avec les informations mémorisées, un signal d'authentification ou un signal de déblocage est transmis de la commande de déblocage (46) au composant fonctionnel (48) qui permet ensuite d'utiliser l'appareil technique (10). Si les informations lues ne coïncident pas avec les informations mémorisées, le composant fonctionnel bloque l'utilisation de l'appareil technique (10) et émet un signal avertisseur.
