It is possible to provide an at-home medical examination service having an environment in which a patient can feel as if the patient were actually in a hospital. That is, it is possible to cope with a sudden change of the patient or the like even if a patient terminal is not connected to a doctor terminal and the patient~s sense of anxiety and loneliness for the sickness can be eliminated without increasing the load on the doctor. An at-home medical examination system (100) includes a reception server (110), a communication server (120), a mail server (130), an administration management server (140), doctor terminals (161, ...), a nurse terminal (180), a waiting room terminal (175), a reception terminal (170), and a pharmacy terminal (190). The at-home medical examination system (100) is connected via a communication line (200) to patient terminals (301, ...) and provides the at-home medical examination service via a video telephone. The communication server (120) has a connection destination table (122) and provides a virtual examination room, a virtual waiting room, a virtual nurse care room, a virtual individual conversation room, and the like according to the purpose. The patient terminal has a nurse call button (g) and a medical examination sensor (h) so that a nurse terminal is called upon a sudden change of the patient state and the patient vital can be monitored.

Un tel système d'examen médical à domicile (100) comprend un serveur réception (110), un serveur de communication (120), un serveur de courrier électronique (130), un serveur de gestion d'administration (140), des terminaux médecins (161, ), un terminal infirmière (180), un terminal salle d'attente (175), un terminal réception (170), et un terminal pharmacie. Ce système d'examen médical à domicile (100) est connecté par une ligne de communication (200) aux terminaux patients (301, ) et forme le service d'examen médical à domicile via un téléphone vidéo. Le serveur de communication (120) possède une table de destination de connexion (122) et forme une salle d'examen virtuelle, une salle d'attente virtuelle, une salle de soins infirmiers virtuelle, une salle de conversation individuelle virtuelle et similaire, selon les besoins. Le terminal patient possède un bouton d'appel d'infirmière (g) et un détecteur d'examen médical (h), pour que le terminal infirmière puisse être appelé lors d'une évolution soudaine de l'état de santé du patient, et pour que les fonctions vitales du patient puissent ainsi être surveillées.
