A superfine aqueous dispersion containing superfine noble metal particles, which is obtained by plasma discharge in water between a noble metal electrode and a counter electrode, is applied to the scalp and then massaging cares the head. Thus, the dispersion penetrates into the hair tissue in the scalp via hair roots and reaches hair matrix cells and hair papillae. Consequently, the tissue nerves and peripheral vessels are affected by the solution, thereby promoting the activation of the brain.

L'invention concerne une dispersion aqueuse extra fine contenant des particules de métal précieux extra fines, cette dispersion étant obtenue par décharge plasma dans l'eau entre une électrode de métal précieux et une contre-électrode. La dispersion est appliquée sur le crâne avant le massage de la tête. Ladite dispersion pénètre ainsi dans le tissu pileux du crâne par les racines des cheveux et atteint les cellules matricielles des cheveux et les papille pilaires. Par conséquent, la solution a un effet sur les nerfs et les vaisseaux périphériques des tissus et contribue à l'activation du cerveau.
