The present invention relates to new active carbohydrate containing protecting reagents represented by a carbohydrate central unit, which is attached to a polymer chain at least at one of the hydroxyl groups and to an active linkage group at the anomeric position of the carbohydrate central unit. These new compounds are active carbohydrate containing protecting reagents, glycodendrimers and related hydrophilic oligomers. Further the invention relates to a method for their preparation and their use for production of biologically active molecules, which are modified by these reagents preferred for biotechnological use.
La présente invention concerne des nouveaux réactifs protecteurs contenant des carbohydrates actifs représentés par une unité centrale de carbohydrate fixée à une chaîne polymère au moins au niveau de l'un des groupes hydroxyle et à un groupe de liaison actif en position anomérique de l'unité centrale de carbohydrate. Ces nouveaux composés sont des réactifs protecteurs contenant des carbohydrates actifs, des glycodendrimères et des oligomères hydrophiles associés. L'invention concerne en outre leur procédé de préparation et d'utilisation pour la production de molécules bioactives, lesquelles sont modifiées par ces réactifs, de préférence à des fins biotechnologiques.
