The invention provides a special functional medicine bottle cap. It can actively sound to remind patient to take their medicine in time. It consists of an electronic control center, a cap position controlled switch and normal bottle cap base. A multi-shifts switch is shown on the top of the cap. Moving one of the shifts on the mufti-shifts switch, a user can easily set the number of times the alarm is to sound in one day. Only unscrewed the cap from medicine bottle can stop the reminding sound.
