A probe (100) for use in connection with anal irrigation is provided. The probe may be used for- irrigating the rectum, the urethra, the vagina or a stoma. The probe comprises a tip (130) part and shaft (120) part and a balloon (111).The probe has two configurations, a first configuration in which the inlet (136) to the tip channel (135) is closed and a second configuration in which the inlet is opened. In use irrigation fluid will be pumped into the lumen (125) land the tip part or a sleeve will move longitudinally with respect to the shaft part thereby moving the probe from a first configuration to a second configuration. Thus in use, the user pumps irrigation liquid into the probe and just continues pumping as the control of the movement in the probe provides for the inflation of the balloon to the desired degree as well as for pumping liquid into the opening to be irrigated.
L'invention porte sur une sonde (100) prévue pour une utilisation en liaison avec une irrigation anale. La sonde peut être utilisée pour une irrigation du rectum, de l'urètre, du vagin, ou d'une stomie. La sonde comprend une partie extrémité (130) et une partie tige (120) et un ballonnet (111). La sonde présente deux configurations, une première configuration dans laquelle l'entrée (136) du canal d'extrémité (135) est fermée et une seconde configuration dans laquelle l'entrée est ouverte. En utilisation, un fluide d'irrigation sera pompé dans la lumière (125) et la partie extrémité, ou un manchon, se déplacera longitudinalement par rapport à la partie tige, faisant ainsi passer la sonde d'une première configuration à une seconde configuration. En utilisation, l'utilisateur pompe ainsi un liquide d'irrigation dans la sonde et continue simplement le pompage alors que la commande du mouvement dans la sonde permet le gonflage du ballonnet dans une mesure souhaitée, de même que le pompage d'un liquide dans l'ouverture à irriguer.
