A transfer foil having a low-reflection layer which can easily, positively and powerfully impart to the surface of a molded product high functions and multiple functions such as anti-reflection performance, scratch resistance, light resistance, anti-static performance and electromagnetic wave shielding performance while simplifying production processes and reducing production costs, by carrying out concurrently the molding of a product and the transfer of a function layer; and a production method for a molded product using this foil. A transfer foil having a low-reflection layer comprising, laminated sequentially on a releasable base film, a transparent low-reflection layer, a protection layer and a bonding layer; and a production method for a molded product having a low-reflection layer, comprising the steps of inserting a transfer foil having this low-reflection layer into a injection-molding mold, injecting molten resin toward the bonding layer side to form a resin molded product and at the same time bonding the transfer foil to the surface of the resin molded product, and later separating the releasable base film.
L'invention porte sur un feuil de transfert à couche à faible réflexion pouvant conférer à la surface d'un produit moulé différentes fonctions intéressantes telles que: antireflets, résistant aux rayures, résistant à la lumière, antistatique, blindage électromagnétique, tout en simplifiant le processus de production et en abaissant les coûts, et cela car le moulage du produit et le transfert de la fonction de la couche s'effectuent concurremment, et sur le procédé de production associé. Ledit feuil de transfert comporte, laminés séquentiellement sur un film de base décollable: une couche transparente à faible réflexion, une couche de protection, et une couche de fixation. Le procédé de production du produit moulé consiste à insérer le feuil de transfert muni de sa couche anti reflets dans un moule de moulage par injection, puis à injecter de la résine du côté de la couche de fixation, tout en fixant le feuil de transfert à la surface du produit moulé, puis à retirer le film de base décollable.
