A low voltage solenoid operated pressure control valve having a valve body with an adjustable inlet orifice plug in one end with a valve seat formed around the orifice. The orifice communicates with a precision valving bore with a one-piece valve rod having a valving surface on the end for throttling flow over the valve seat. An annular magnetic armature is press fitted on the end of the valve rod extending externally off the valving bore. A nonmagnetic cover is disposed and sealed over the armature to enclose the valving bore. An encapsulated coil is disposed over the cover. A cylindrical pole casing is disposed over the coil and a flanged tubular pole member disposed over the cover and registered an:the casing to provide a flux loop about-the coil. - A retaining ring- frictionally engages the cover to retain the assembly. The valving bore is cross ported through the body to provide the flow outlet and the interior of the armature cover is ported to the outlet.
La présente invention concerne un robinet pressostatique à commande électrique basse tension comprenant un corps muni à une de ses extrémités d'un obturateur d'orifice d'admission réglable et d'un siège d'obturateur formé autour de l'orifice. L'orifice communique avec l'alésage d'obturateur de précision relié à une tige de manoeuvre monopièce dont l'extrémité assure l'étranglement de l'écoulement au-dessus du siège d'obturateur. Une armature magnétique annulaire est ajustée par pression sur l'extrémité de la tige de manoeuvre faisant saillie à l'extérieur de l'alésage d'obturateur. Un couvercle non magnétique est disposé au-dessus de l'armature et l'isole de manière à fermer l'alésage d'obturateur. Une bobine encapsulée est disposée par-dessus le couvercle. Une gaine polaire cylindrique recouvre la bobine. Un élément polaire tubulaire à bride est déposé par-dessus le couvercle et d'alignement avec la gaine en vue de produire une boucle de flux autour de la bobine. Une bague de retenue s'enclenche par friction sur le couvercle afin de maintenir les éléments ensemble. L'alésage d'obturateur traverse le corps du robinet jusqu'à la sortie et l'intérieur du couvercle d'armature est perforé de manière à communiquer avec la sortie.
