The present invention relates to a new process for preparing estrogen-antagonistic 11 .beta.-fluoro-17.alpha.-alkylestra-1,3,5(10)-triene-3,17-diols of the general formula (I) having a 7.alpha.-(.epsilon.-alkylamino-.omega.-perfluoroalkyl)alkyl side chain and to .alpha.-alkyl(amino)-.omega.-perfluoro(alkyl)alkanes of the general formula (II), to processes for their preparation and to the intermediates required for this purpose.
