The invention relates to an injection device containing a hollow needle (1), a cutting needle that can be inserted into the hollow needle and that has a cutting tip projecting from the front end of the hollow needle, a catheter (9) that replaces said cutting needle and that can be inserted approximately up to its front end into the hollow needle (9), said catheter having a receiving chamber (30) for a substance in the form of a capsule on its distal end, in addition to a mandrin (29) that can be inserted into the catheter (9) and which can be placed in a position defining a receiving chamber (30) filled with capsules (22) on the distal end of said catheter, wherein the capsules (22) contained in the receiving chamber (30) of the inserted catheter (9) are released without exerting any pressure in the target area of the body (23) once the injection device has been arranged in a target area of a body (23) by relatively pulling back both the catheter (9) and the hollow needle (1) in relation to the mandrin (29) and by then withdrawing the mandrin (29). Preferably, the catheter (9) contains a removable sieve (28) on its frond end.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'injection contenant une aiguille creuse (1), une aiguille coupante insérée dans l'aiguille creuse, et possédant une pointe coupante faisant saillie à l'extrémité avant de l'aiguille creuse, un cathéter (9) inséré à la place de l'aiguille coupante dans l'aiguille creuse approximativement jusqu'à l'extrémité avant de cette dernière, ledit cathéter (9) comprenant à son extrémité distale un espace de réception (30) pour une substance présente dans des capsules, et un mandrin (29), qui peut être inséré dans le cathéter (9) et qui peut être mis dans une position définissant un espace de réception (30) rempli de capsules (22), à l'extrémité distale du cathéter (9). Lesdites capsules (22) contenues dans l'espace de réception (30) du cathéter (9) inséré peuvent être libérées sans pression dans une région cible du corps (23) par un mouvement de retrait relatif commun du cathéter (9) et de l'aiguille creuse (1) par rapport au mandrin (29) puis par retrait du mandrin (29), après la mise en place du dispositif dans une région cible du corps (23). De préférence, le cathéter (9) contient un crible (28) amovible, sur son extrémité avant.
