The invention concerns a device for identifying and locating a person in real time, comprising at least a fixed station (1) generating a final random code, an operation and control centre (2), a terminal (3) arranged in the proximity of the station (1), and connecting means (4) between the operation and control centre (2) and the terminal (3). The transmission to the operation and control centre (2) of the final random code through the terminal (3) is carried out by means of a signal transmitted by the station (1). The final code results from applying algorithms at least to the station (1) code, a random code generated by the station (1), a control key particularly taking into account a random code previously used by the station (1) and the code particular to the station (1). The algorithms are known to the operation and control centre (2).
L'invention est relative à un dispositif d'identification et de localisation d'une personne en temps réel, comportant au moins une borne fixe (1) générant un code final aléatoire, un centre d'exploitation et de contrôle (2), un terminal (3) disposé à proximité de la borne (1), et des moyens de liaison (4) entre le centre d'exploitation et de contrôle (2) et le terminal (3). La transmission au centre d'exploitation et de contrôle (2) du code final aléatoire par l'intermédiaire du terminal (3) est effectuée grâce à un signal émis par la borne (1). Le code final est le fruit de l'application d'algorithmes au moins au code de la borne (1), d'un code aléatoire généré par la borne (1), d'une clef de contrôle prenant notamment en compte un code aléatoire antérieurement utilisé par la borne (1) et le code propre à la borne (1). Les algorithmes sont connus du centre d'exploitation et de contrôle (2).
