A belt for papermaking capable of preventing an occurred crack from developing to the inside thereof and increasing the durability thereof, comprising a reinforcement base material (6) buried in an elastic material, the elastic material further comprising a front surface layer (7), a rear surface layer (8), and an intermediate layer (9) positioned between the front surface layer (7) and the rear surface layer (8), the intermediate layer (9) further comprising thick wall parts (12) disposed along the running direction of the belt and having a thickness in a belt thick direction, wherein the thick wall parts (12) may be exposed to the surface of the belt through the surface layer (7), and the thick wall part (12) and the front surface layer (7) should desirably be formed of a low hard elastic material and a high hard elastic material, respectively.

L'invention concerne une courroie servant à fabriquer du papier, laquelle courroie, permet d'éviter qu'une fissure qu'elle présente ne s'agrandisse, ce qui augmente sa durabilité. Cette courroie comprend un matériau de base de renfort (6) enterré dans un matériau élastique. Ce dernier comprend une couche de surface avant (7), une couche de surface arrière (8) et une couche intermédiaire (9) disposée entre la couche de surface avant (7) et la couche de surface arrière (8). La couche intermédiaire (9) comprend également des parties de paroi épaisses (12), disposées le long du sens de déplacement de la courroie, lesquelles présentent une épaisseur dans le sens de l'épaisseur de la courroie. Ces parties de paroi épaisses (12) peuvent être exposées à la surface de la courroie par une couche de surface (7). Ces parties de paroi épaisses (12) et la couche de surface (7) sont de préférence constituées, respectivement, d'un matériau élastique à faible dureté et d'un matériau élastique à forte dureté.
