The invention relates to a cooling device (100) for cooling a metal strip (200) following reshaping in a cold rolling stand (200) having at least one nozzle (112) for spraying a cooling medium (400) onto the surface of the metal strip (200). In order to make such known cooling devices more effective and more efficient, the invention proposes providing a plate (500) which, in an operational position, is arranged parallel to the surface of the metal strip (200) at the outlet of the cold rolling stand (300), and proposes arranging the nozzle in the operation position in such a way that the cooling medium is sprayed at an acute spray angle .alpha. into a cavity between the surface of the metal strip and the opposite plate with a spray direction (R) counter to the running direction (L) of the metal strip.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de refroidissement (100) pour refroidir un feuillard métallique (200) après sa déformation dans une cage de laminage à froid (200), qui présente au moins un ajutage (112) qui projette un fluide de refroidissement (400) sur la surface du feuillard métallique (200). Pour pouvoir rendre ces dispositifs de refroidissement connus encore plus efficaces et augmenter leur rendement, l'invention propose de prévoir une plaque (500) qui, dans sa position de fonctionnement, est disposée parallèlement à la surface du feuillard métallique (200) à la sortie de la cage de laminage à froid (300) et de disposer l'ajutage dans sa position de fonctionnement de telle sorte que le fluide de refroidissement soit injecté selon un angle de projection aigu .alpha. dans un espace creux situé entre la surface du feuillard métallique et la plaque opposée, avec une direction de projection (R) opposée à la direction d'avancement (L) du feuillard métallique.
