A progressive cavity pump pumps liquid downhole to a lower formation past a packer set in a casing of a wellbore. The rotor of the pump is axially restrained by a bearing assembly spaced below the pump for controlling uphole reactive loading on the rotor. Preferably the rotor is releasably coupled to the bearing assembly for release and recovery of the rotor from the bearing assembly. Such a releasable coupling is a latch comprising a plunger telescopically and releasably coupled with a housing using a dog and track arrangement, the dog and track utilizing the telescoping action to actuate the coupling and releasing of the latch.
L'invention concerne une pompe à cavités progressives qui pompe le liquide au fond d'un puits vers une formation inférieure après une série de garnitures d'étanchéité dans un boîtier d'un puits de forage. Le rotor de la pompe est axialement retenu par un ensemble support espacé au-dessous de la pompe pour contrôle le chargement réactif vertical sur le rotor. Préférablement, le rotor est couplé de façon amovible à l'ensemble support pour le desserrage et la récupération du rotor de l'ensemble support. Un tel couplage amovible est assuré par un verrou comprenant un piston plongeur couplé de façon téléscopique et amovible avec un boîtier utilisant un arrangement en voies désalignées, ce dernier utilisant l'action téléscopique pour actionner l'accouplement et le desserrage du verrou.
